CHALLENGE

Currently, pH has no meaning to consumers. Woman are unaware of the vital role pH balance plays when it comes to vaginal health, due to the lack of information from brands within the space.

How can we educate on vaginal pH in an engaging, easy to understand and relatable way?

AUDIENCE

Women aged 18-40 (with a core of 25-34) who are experiencing vaginal symptoms.

She finds herself both frustrated and puzzled because she believes she's taking proper care of her vagina, yet she continues to experience discomfort and symptoms. Unfortunately, her attempts at finding solutions either prove ineffective or exacerbate the problem.

This dilemma arises from her lack of understanding of the underlying issue. She compensates by using various products without comprehending the root cause, which is an imbalance in pH levels.

ASSIGNMENT

Get our consumer to better understand vaginal pH and use RepHresh to solve their pH problems.

STRATEGY

Storytelling bridges the gap between scientific complexity and general understanding in an engaging, relatable way.

Embarrassed. Irritated. Struggling. Frustrated. Uncomfortable. These are a few of the many complex, maze of emotions women with vaginal issues experience. While the vagina has a mind of its own, there’s one major contributor that makes or breaks its health- a balanced pH. In a world of never-ending vagina problems, we told the story of how her world could look if she simply knew.
